These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website shipping.renova.ee (the “Platform”), operated by RENOVA PCF OÜ , registry code 14276042, Estonia.

By using the Platform and submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Service

The Platform provides digital tools for:

• searching container shipping routes,

• submitting booking requests,

• receiving logistics-related documentation and notifications.

The Platform does not operate vessels and does not act as a sea carrier.

2. Booking Requests

All bookings submitted via the Platform are requests only and are subject to:

• availability of equipment,

• confirmation by the underlying carrier or logistics partner,

• applicable carrier terms.

A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation is issued.

3. Prices & Commercial Terms

Displayed routing information, transit times and indicative pricing (if any) are non-binding until confirmed.

Final freight rates, surcharges, and operational conditions are governed by the carrier’s terms and applicable tariffs.

4. User Responsibilities

The user confirms that:

• all provided company and shipment data is accurate,

• they are authorized to act on behalf of the company,

• they comply with applicable export/import regulations.

The Platform is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform acts as a technical and administrative intermediary and shall not be liable for:

• vessel delays,

• cargo damage,

• schedule changes,

• force majeure events.

Carrier liability is governed by the carrier’s own terms and international conventions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
